Her Horses

Athene H, ‘Dutch’, 12 year old Chestnut gelding is the yard joker! He is the horse who has given me experience in big tracks at premier shows. Dutch has a huge personality and is everyone’s favourite! We have been successful at shows all over the country including placings in National 1.30’s. This super talented horse is very special to us and I hope to be successful with him after he has fully recovered from his recent colic surgery.

Dame Blanche M, ‘Bee’, 9 year old grey mare is the yard superstar! Despite having a few set backs this horse is always worth the wait! Bee was the first young horse I produced from a 5 year old and we competed successfully in age classes, as well as numerous wins and placing’s at premier shows, including qualifying for Scope several times, Welsh Master Finalists, 3rd in the Royal International Show qualifier and many more. I hope to have a successful season in 2018 with her.

Harsha, my beautiful Zambesi X Lupricor mare at just 5 years old is already proving to be an exciting future prospect. Having produced this mare myself with the help of Jamie Wingrove, despite starting her career in August she has already got all her newcomers double clears, been placed at 1.15 and even stepped up to foxhunter. I aim to jump this mare in age classes both nationally and internationally in 2018 and aim to jump the newcomers second rounds. We are looking forward to our first international show together in next year.

Gandi, my lovely 6 year old Andiarmo x Hold Up Premier, bay gelding is another exciting young horse. I
feel incredibly proud of him and how far he has come after enduring a liver infection for a year that nearly ended his life. He defied the odds and after gruelling treatments and liver biopsis, he finally started his career in August. I am excited to see what the future holds for this horse as his achievements within 4 months are commendable. He has not only been placed at premier shows such as Bury Farm All Stars and Sollihul Pre Hoys show he has also been placed at his first county show at Mid Summerset. Having got all of his newcomers double clears, narrowly missing out on qualifying for the Blue Chip Karma and 2 foxhunter double clears I am excited to carry on carefully producing this horse.

Boa, is a very pretty mare and has a lovely personality. She was my first horse so is very special, she’s had numerous of good results and is a great speed horse. I love riding her against the clock! She had her first foal in July and jumped well at her first show back- the Christmas cracker show in December. I am looking forward to having her back for 2018!

This year my 2 homebred foals were born.
Benny (Zirocco Blue x Montender)
Billy (Billy Tudorx Sydney)

Future goals and aspirations

My goals for 2018 is to have my lovely string of horses at all the national shows in the summer and do my first international show under the guidance of my trainer. I hope to have a successful season!

“Why I love Stay Superior Equestrian”

“I love Stay Superior Equestrian because the style is so unique and flattering. My favourite is the white sparkly show shirt and the black leggings! The leggings are so easy to wear and really slimming. The style of SSE is perfect for riders who love a bit of sparkle and have a bit of sass!”
