DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

UK DELIVERY

All items that are shown to be in stock at the time of placing your order will normally be delivered within a standard delivery timescale of 3 – 5 working days. unfortunately Stay Superior Equestrian Ltd will not be held responsible for any postal/courier delays or lost in transit packages which would be out of our control, however, if you have not received your delivery within the given timescale then you are welcome to contact us via email – info@staysuperiorequestrian.com.

Please allow further delays for deliveries that may coincide with UK bank holidays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer next day delivery services at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping costs will be calculated for your specific zone at the checkout. All international orders will be posted via Royal Mail – tracked and signed for service. The timescales for delivery will vary, depending on the destination of the order. Stay Superior Equestrian Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays within this postal service.
Please be aware that there may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount that you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to the possible fluctuations of the exchange rate between two separate service providers.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Should you wish to cancel your order after it has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the normal returns procedure.

DAMAGED GOODS

On receiving delivery of your order, if the packaging or items are in anyway damaged you must inform us within 24 hours by email – info@staysuperiorequestrian.com please mark your email as URGENT and include a photograph of the damage, exactly how it was received by you, otherwise a claim may not be accepted.

 

RETURNS

We hope that you are very happy with your purchase, however, should you wish to return any item to us, please read the following statement regarding returns. A full refund will be issued, minus postage costs, if you are eligible.

The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. The item(s) must be unused, unsoiled, with no makeup marks or stains and in the condition that it was delivered to you, this includes all original tags still attached and fully intact along with all of the original packaging. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be credited to your account. Please note that the amount refunded to you will match the price of the item at the time of purchase.

Should you wish to exchange goods, the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. The item(s) must be unused, unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, this includes all original tags still attached and fully intact.

No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for/receiving the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please give details of exactly what you would like your exchange to be.

UK RETURNS

Please return your goods to us using either Royal mail, or your preferred courier service and post to – Returns, Stay Superior Equestrian Ltd, 5 Blaisdon Close, Abbeymead, Gloucester, GL4 4SBB. Customers are strongly advised to make a note of their unique tracking reference number, as they are responsible for tracing and for the cost of sending any returned parcel back to us. We will cover return costs for items that are delivered faulty or damaged to you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please send your items back to the address at the bottom of the customer returns form provided in your order. Postage to be paid by the customer. Stay Superior Equestrian Ltd will only cover postage costs if the item is damaged or faulty. Returning your items back to us is your responsibility, we strongly advise returning your parcels to us via a tracking service.
All of our items are individually quality control checked before they are sent out to you. In the event of any faulty goods being returned to us, it is at our discretion to refund or replace any item.

 

Please always ensure that you purchase the correct size; our products have been manufactured to fit standard UK sizing. Stay Superior Equestrian Ltd will not replace garments where seams have been broken, split or are slightly transparent due to being over stretched.

Stay Superior Equestrian Ltd aim to produce all products to the highest standards but unfortunately, with large quantities of stock in production there may be mistakes that occasionally occur. All of our items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched, therefor it is at our discretion to issue a refund or send you a replacement. If you receive an item which you believe is faulty, you should email us with a photo of the fault with product, in certain circumstances we may ask you to send the product back to us for inspection. Unfortunately, if the product has been purchased over 6 months, we are unable to refund or replace the item. Any faults that occur over this timeframe could be deemed as general wear and tear.

We are unable to accept any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974). By placing your order this automatically means that you accept all of the above terms and conditions.

Stay Superior Equestrian Ltd will have the final decision on any matters regarding these statements.
